Tuna Tonnato

Ekone Tonnato - makes about 2 cups
1 Can tuna
3/4 C Mayonnaise
2 T fresh lemon juice
1/3 C Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
