Tuna Tonnato

Ekone Tonnato - makes about 2 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 Can tuna
- 3/4 C Mayonnaise
- 2 T fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 C Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
