The salmon was good, but would have been A LOT better if we had received it on time. Ordered it Dec. 16th, said it was ready for shipping on the 17th, and would arrive between the 21st and 23rd. Didn't leave your facility until the 22nd and arrived on the 26th. So much for.giving it out as.gifts, as intended.
I tried my first can last night. I assume it helps to start with the best salmon available. Absolutely succulent and couldn’t have been better.
Way too expensive. I'll stick with Nova Scotia smoked salmon at half the price.

From the second I opened the can, I knew I was in for a treat. You could easily see the quality product that I was about to enjoy. I used two cans in the sushi bake recipes that was recently featured in NYT Cooking. But I would definitely just eat it straight out of the can.
