The best I’ve eaten by far
Very different than the Chinese dime sized oysters soaked in cottonseed oil that I have had for years, very good flavor, a little dry but Iam trying different sauces, olive oil , I only have flavored olive oil that is no good. Going to try with hot sauce next, Great product.
These oysters are the best. They have a firm texture and buttery good flavor. The size is also impressive.
Real Good. Remarkable source of bioavailable Zinc. Remarkable source of B12 and selenium also. Very nutrient dense food. There's only one adverse thing. The sodium. When i eat anything over 40% of the RDA for sodium ..my light tinnitus can get elevated. Nothing that bad, but slightly. This is 49% and so if you're sensitve to that be cautious. Inferior oysters from south korea do have less sodium per can.
These are the ONLY smoked oysters I eat. I no longer live in the Pacific NW so I order them. They are treats for friends too.
Bought for my husband. He opened the first can tonight and was very impressed with the size, smell and the way they were packed. He said he wanted to eat them like candy, but he didn't. He put them in soup. He said the oysters made the soup. He is very happy!
Large, tender, and well flavored, these are the best oyster I have tasted.
