These are, without question, the best canned smoked oysters I've ever had. The oysters are impressively large, plump, and clearly a cut above every other brand I've tried. The smoky flavor is rich and perfectly balanced, allowing the oysters' clean, natural briny flavor to shine through. Every bite has an authentic taste of the ocean, with a buttery, tender texture that's never mushy. You can really tell these are a premium product made with care. Best smoked oysters and Customer Service!
We have been buying these smoked oysters after learning about them at one of the Taylor Shellfish restaurants an we LOVE THEM! We also love this company's Customer Service, as we had an issue with a shipment/delivery and they were excellent in making us square. Customers for life!
