Did not expect this
These are the best canned oysters I have ever had. I only ordered one can of the lemon pepper smoked oysters, and that was a mistake. I was expecting there to be an overwhelming citrus flavor, or perhaps too much pepper, but the flavor was perfectly balanced.

These are DA BOMB! I have always loved smoked oysters, but gave up eating the ones at the supermarket -- tins of greasy, mushed whatevers. Finally, real oysters, tasty and not floating in oil!

Lemon Pepper
So I’ve tried the regular oysters and the mussels which are fantastic. Plump with great texture, not drowned in mystery oil. This time I went with the lemon pepper oysters. They shared the same qualities as the others but the lemon and pepper gave them a nice zing and they went great with my greens. Another winner for sure!

Smoked Lemon Pepper Oysters
Tried our first can of Smoked Lemon Pepper Oysters that we had purchased at Sportsmen's Cannery in Seaview while visiting the coast. Enjoyed them immensely, that we turned around and ordered a dozen more cans. YUM!

Very addicting
I originally ordered a sampler and decided I liked the Lemon Pepper oysters better than regular ones. Re-ordered 12 and now have to limit myself so I don't eat one can a day cause they are a bit pricey.
