These oysters are immersed in not one, but two distinct Habanero sauces, infusing them with an intense, yet approachable and addicting heat. Once spiced to perfection the oysters are meticulously placed on stainless steel racks and gently cold-smoked.

Great flavor and although you expect a little heat from a habanero pepper, it sort of sneaks right up on you, but in a good way.

A tin above
Balance and harmony of ingredients can be found in these Habanero oysters. You want to share these with friends just to watch their face light up with appreciation. I would say beer over wine as an accompaniment but then “to each their own.” The price point has become almost overwhelming in the last 5 years but I had to have them one more time.

Quite simply the best tinned oysters I've found. Not the small size you find in most smoked oysters these are big, meaty oysters, very high quality. I've already ordered several more times.

These oysters are divine! Best part, they are not swimming in oil like a lot of canned smoked oysters. Lovely habanero kick too!
