A fiery fusion of flavor for the spice lovers palate. We take great care in crafting these oysters, beginning with a unique brining process. These oysters are immersed in not one, but two distinct Habanero sauces, infusing them with an addicting heat. Once spiced to perfection the oysters are meticulously placed on stainless steel racks and gently cold-smoked.

Habañero Ekone Smoked Oysters
These spicy smoked oysters are my favorite. It's either my third or fourth order and I am very satisfied with the quality, flavor and freshness. It's one of my guiltless pleasures I like to know I have on hand. For me personally, I would love to see strips of Habañero and seeds included in the can.

Habanero smoked oysters
Perfect combo of smoke and a little heat! I love these served with a cream sauce over pasta or spaghetti squash, or in a savory Dutch Baby. They make a perfect lunch for a hike or cross country ski day, too.

Tasty with heat
The flavor is good but be warned that the heat is there on the back end! Might benefir from eating on a cracker.
